Terms & Conditions baje999 — Terms of Use for Malaysia's Betting Platform

Baje999 does not accept cash payments, international credit or debit cards, or payment methods from other countries. The account name on all payment methods must match the name registered on your baje999 account — withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly not permitted.

If you notice any discrepancy in the processing of a transaction, please contact the baje999 support team within 48 hours of that transaction and include the relevant proof of payment.

The general bonus rules for baje999 are as follows:

• The new member welcome bonus (up to RM 500) can only be claimed once per new baje999 user.
• The standard wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x total deposit plus bonus amount before a withdrawal is permitted, unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled unless baje999 declares the match void or another exceptional outcome as defined under the relevant sports rules applies.
• Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final. Any change in odds after a bet has been confirmed will not affect the value of the accepted bet.
• Pre-match bets are valid if the match kicks off within 48 hours of the scheduled time, unless the match is officially cancelled by the organising body.
• For matches postponed and resumed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, all bets remain valid. Matches postponed beyond 48 hours will be considered void and all bets will be refunded.
• Baje999 reserves the right to limit or refuse bets from any player on reasonable grounds, including suspected fraud or match manipulation.

For live betting, odds are updated in real time and bets are processed at the odds available at the moment of confirmation. Any technical delay that causes a bet to be processed at odds different from those displayed will be resolved in accordance with the baje999 policy in effect at that time.

• All casino game results are final and cannot be appealed unless there is clear, verifiable evidence of a technical failure.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live dealer game, any affected bets will be fully refunded to the player's account within 24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum betting limits for each table are clearly displayed before a player joins. baje999 reserves the right to adjust table betting limits at any time.
